The saying “You never forget your first time” was said by someone who had been awaded the opportunity to see Spain. See it for the first time and Spain stays with you forever. Being in Spain is being in every picture and TV property show you have ever seen of it. It is everything you imagine. Sun is hotter. Mountains are more breathtaking. Sea is bluer. Villages quieter and prettier. People are friendlier. It took me over 30 years to wait and I am so glad it was worth it. Dachita is that lovely typical villa look that I was hoping to see from all the television and pictures. It is small yet there is so much. Dachita is just right. It has all you need and want from a villa. Two perfectly sized bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 2 single + shower room). Ample living room space. And a good sized Bathroom. It has more such as a balcony view of Nerja only seen in a painting which I spent many hours enjoying. And the rooftop saltwater plunge pool and area to lounge or sit and drink serves to cool you down. And just less than an hour away from lively Nerja or the quieter Frigiliana. Both offer amazing gift shops, restaurants and places to view this stunning country. Javier and Roasrio are the two nicest people you could meet and it was a honour and privilege to meet them. A stay in Dachita is a must.

A experiência no geral bastante acima das 5 estrelas. Perfeita para um casal. Casa muito limpa! Dispõe de tudo que é necessário para uma estadia sem preocupações. O terraço privado é o ponto chave onde dispõe de uma pequena piscina, barbecue e zona de refeição, com uma fantástica vista rural. Vários restaurantes e mini mercados a uma curta distância a pé. Superou bastante as nossas expectativas e tivemos umas relaxantes mini férias. Os anfitriões são pessoas extremamente amáveis, experientes e estão disponíveis sempre para qualquer eventualidade. Altamente recomendada!

“Javier’s place is very clean with lots of plants that add character to the property! Both beds were very comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. We slept well every single night! There’s air conditioning in the living room which helped during the hot days we were inside plus the bedrooms had fans which were great! We enjoyed sitting outside underneath the pergola to have our meals. The house has most everything you need for cooking a meal. There are coffee machines but we did bring our own coffee. Javier was friendly and quick to respond through Airbnb when we had a WiFi issue and he came to sort it out that same morning. The pool (5ish x2.5 metres) is very nice and clean and located on the roof overlooking the mountains and sea. Sun beds and a small eating area on the roof as well. Very pretty view!! The small one car parking spot is on a slope and the house is on a very steep incline so something to be aware of. We tried reversing out of the street up the hill and the clutch struggled so definitely don’t do what we did! Go to the bottom of the road and turn around. juliepF8382EL Huddersfield, United Kingdom Perfect villa Left on Oct 20, 2019 for a stay in Sep 2019 We have stayed in one of Javier and Rosario’s villas many times before which is situated in the village and is fantastic (arcos de la Almona) and we absolutely love it. This time we decided to try one of the other villas which is about a 15 minute walk (taking the short cut) out of the village and once again absolutely loved it. The villa has everything you could possibly wish for. It is impeccably clean with beautiful crisp bedding and towels etc. It is comfortable throughout with gorgeous quality furnishings. Both shower rooms are large and easy to use. The kitchen has every type of utensil, plate, dish, pot, pan and cups and mugs you could ever need. Downstairs is a lovely twin bedroom with plenty of room for either 2 adults or children, a lovely en suite shower room is a bonus. The terrace is large and full of beautiful potted plants as well as a lovely mosaic table and 4 chairs with comfy seat covers. There are also sun beds and large chairs for your comfort. A pagoda is useful for dining in the shade. On the roof terrace is a fantastic pool area with sun beds and an extensive view of the mountains and the sea. Just beautiful!!!!! Javier, Rosario and there two children are an amazing family, so helpful and caring. They are obviously very proud of there villas and rightly so. This shows in there dedication to the upkeep of them and the caring attitude towards there guests. They go above and beyond there job. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay at any of the villas.
